| Requirements: | Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum 6 years of related experience preferably from a background in working for consultancy organizations in the FEED or EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry. Functional Competencies: - Exposure to FEED and/or EPC environments - Experience to review and check Material Balance, Process Flow Diagram, Process & Instrumentation Diagram, Equipment Data Sheet, etc. - Knowledge in the use of HYSYS, STX (Exchange Thermal Design) and other process simulation software - In depth knowledge with standard international specifications and codes i.e. API codes - Experience to review & check calculation of equipment design conditions, equipment sizing selection, equipment type selection - Experience to review & check design and equipment calculations and diagrams for identification and verification of equipment requirements including calculations for valve sizes, pumps, vessels, exchangers, columns, safety valves, control valves, shutdown valves, line sizing, and etc. - Experience in HAZID/HAZOP Review Meeting |
